The DOT Group has developed its project governance approach over 18 years of delivering projects. The approach focuses heavily on pre-development tasks, with key areas such as architecture review, managing stakeholder expectations, business impact analysis and estimation, cost and length clearly addressed prior to the development.

Customer engagement is important at all stages of the development to ensure that the requirements of the project are clearly underst0od and documented and that remedial action can quickly be taken to address any issues that arise during the design, build and test phases.
